It includes making a project plan with timelines, defining key people, holding weekly meetings, and follow-up tasks. A typical GTM plan addresses the target market, value selling, distribution strategy, resources, marketing, sales execution, and measurable outcomes.
GTM EXECUTE
A GTM Execution assignment typically follows the successful development of the GTM plan. Execution demands more time, commitment, and resources than planning, involving both client and Concort resources. This phase includes converting plans and goals into specific projects with charters, assigning teams, defining KPIs using a balanced scorecard approach, and establishing tracking mechanisms.
