As an Independent Director and Advisor, I work with Boards and leadership teams to strengthen oversight, governance, and decision-making - bringing an execution-focused perspective. The Concort Platform enables this through tools and ecosystem support for technology readiness, targeted research, and management of board-level initiatives.
GROWTH & GTM EXECUTION
Focus is on accelerating organic growth by strengthening Go-To-Market strategy, execution discipline, and operational effectiveness. I work with leadership teams to refine GTM models and enhance sales, key account management, and marketing execution—driving deeper penetration in existing markets and expansion into new ones.
M&A AND STRATEGIC GROWTH
Drawing on extensive experience in M&A and JVs, focus is on enabling growth through M&A and market entry strategies. I support organisations across target identification, commercial due diligence (with a GTM lens), and post-merger integration- ensuring value realisation. The Concort Platform enables execution to drive faster and sustainable scaling-up.
CAPABILITY BUILDING
As a way of giving back, I work with management schools and organisations to build industry-ready talent and mid-management capability. This includes curriculum design, teaching, and executive learning programs across GTM, international business, and related areas - grounded in real-world application.
