With over 30 years of senior leadership experience across Cisco, Tata Group, Hewlett Packard, and Oracle, he works with Boards and executive teams on Go-To-Market strategy, technology adoption, and governance and risk management to enable sustainable, long-term growth.
A KPMG-certified Independent Director and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Shekhar brings governance discipline and operational rigour to complex growth and transformation initiatives. As an MBA Faculty, he combines real-world leadership experience with structured frameworks to develop industry-ready talent and deliver practical, measurable outcomes.
