Our workshop has two formats: The Summit and The Bootcamp. The Summit is for people from different organisations and provides extensive GTM strategy knowledge, frameworks, and tools. The Bootcamp is designed for one organisation, bringing together various participants to develop a customised GTM strategy and its execution plan. Both formats are impactful, providing attendees with the skills and tools needed to succeed and advance their organisations.
GTM BUILD
Creating a go-to-market (GTM) plan generally takes 3-6 months, depending on the size of the business. This plan can help drive growth, enter a new market, or change its business model. It includes making a project plan with timelines, defining key people, holding weekly meetings, and follow-up tasks. A typical GTM plan addresses the target market, value selling, distribution strategy, resources, marketing, sales execution, and measurable outcomes.
GTM EXECUTE
A GTM Execution assignment typically follows the successful development of the GTM plan. Execution demands more time, commitment, and resources than planning, involving both client and Concort resources. This phase includes converting plans and goals into specific projects with charters, assigning teams, defining KPIs using a balanced scorecard approach, and establishing tracking mechanisms.
